We’ve been watching the Canada Geese hatch in our area. I especially love them at the age where my family calls them “tweens” when they are still brown and a little fluffy, but look like tiny velociraptors on their suddenly long legs!
Birds of a feather flock together and how beautifully they stand firm and stay together. We can learn a lot from these animals, if we only take the time out in life to appreciate life such as this.
Great photos… makes me want to go to my local park to watch the birds too!
And thank you for dropping by my blog and liking my post!
It was a great day that day! Watching birds is relaxing and especially when they are in the water. Graceful creatures.
I noticed you didn’t photograph any muscovy ducks. I don’t blame you. Picture here if you don’t know what I’m talking about –> http://bit.ly/9z93ON
There weren’t any of those ducks there. Very interesting features. Thanks for sharing.

Sounds amazing to watch. We can imagine them fluffy with long legs! Thanks for sharing!
It’s always good to take time out. Nice simple post. (And thanks for the visit)
Yes, taking a time out is good and necessary! Thanks and hope you have a great weekend!
Some feel-good sunniness you got there
Thank you!
I liked the photos of these quietly, funny dugs !
Thank you!
