Out Of Doors!

It is time to spend the upcoming days out-of-doors!

This is such an exciting time of the year! No major weather restraints or limitations. The rain will presents only minimal trepidation, furthermore, it is fun to dance in the rain once in a while. We will venture outside a lot. We hope you will get outside, too, and smell the flowers, chase the dog, ride a bike, climb the wall, sit in the garden even if it exists on a small patio and don’t stop having fun outdoors until it is time for sweaters and scarves. This is the best time to host brunch and lunch outdoors, and if indoor is your only option, then open the windows, set up vases of flowers all around to pull outside inside. Take advantage of the weather, it is here for all of us to enjoy in excess!

While my husband, J. Simon, researches Atlanta events today, I will be outside …the new Vogue magazine is waiting for me to finish reading it out there! There is something special about reading outside in the open air. I’ve already read a few articles including the one featuring the beautiful Scarlett Johanson with great pictures of her and Mark Ruffalo, the oh so convincing actor.  Also, read about the accomplishments of South Carolina governor, Nikki Haley, who is obviously a woman but surprisingly quite young, has interesting perspectives and possesses a good sense of style. The first article I am going to read when we settle out there holding a cold, refreshing drinks with mint leaves in them which J. Simon (love him!) made is the article featuring one of our favorite designers, L’Wren Scott, and her apartment in Paris. She has an amazing eye for the good fit of clothes – a super important quality of any clothing line. Her romantic partner is rock-and-roll legend, Mick Jagger and because she is not often in the public eye it will be great to learn new things about her.

We wish you amazing moments this weekend and during the upcoming warm months. Until the next time we meet here, have fun and go out-of-doors.

We’ve just launched the WASIA J&L Simon Facebook page

we invite you to Like us on Facebook

…Thank you in advance!
